From 2019-2025, I worked as a teacher, gaining valuable experience collaborating with children, families, and professionals to advocate for student well-being. These experiences pushed me to look deeper into the psychological and emotional needs of individuals, and I became passionate about making direct and meaningful change on an individual level.
Mental well-being is a deeply personal, multi-faceted journey based on individual experiences. This is why I value a client-centered approach and view counselling through an integrative lens. I recognize the importance of tailoring care to each client, through the facilitation of a safe and supportive environment. I draw primarily from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and mindfulness-based techniques, focused on creating a personalized and holistic framework of care.
I pride myself on my ability to connect with people of all walks of life, and am deeply passionate about empowering clients to discover their inner strengths and capabilities. Meaningful and lasting change starts from within, and I am privileged to be supporting clients on this journey of health, healing, and happiness.

I work with children (ages 8+), teens and adults of all genders.
As a former educator, I connect well with children and teens (8+) and also work with adults. I have experience supporting clients with concerns related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, and emotional regulation/processing. I also hold a special interest in helping clients navigate grief and trauma through compassionate trauma-informed care and personalized grief support.
